One Minute Brief WINNERS:
Campaign to get @tobyandnaomi into @WKLondon
Hello. Welcome to our 600th post on our blog and thank you for visiting!
Hello. Welcome to our 600th post on our blog and thank you for visiting!
We were recently approached by Toby and Naomi, a young creative team, to help them get in front of Wieden + Kennedy, London so we decided to help them by running an OMB campaign to get them there.
This was met with disapproval from certain individuals who felt it should be work and merit alone that gets you into such places. However, we know how hard it is to go and show people your work when everyone else is doing the same thing. We get e-mails from students and graduates all of the time to show us their work and it can be very difficult to find the time to do so. This makes it extremely important to do something different in order to get noticed. You can have the best work in the world but if you don't do something about getting in front of people then there is no point and someone else will get the job.
We've all had help in one way or another when starting our careers and we believe in giving something back so why not help a couple of hungry creatives to achieve their ambitions? As loyal followers of One Minute Briefs, they deserved it and they instantly grabbed themselves a book crit from it. But they will only get in there on placement or permanent on merit so the rest is down to them. We are happy to help the OMBLES in any way we can. We provide a platform for people to get their work shown, in magazines, awards, blogs build portfolios and we are open to ideas on how we can help you all further. Use One Minute Briefs to your own advantage as much as possible and you will be rewarded. If you have any ideas or you want a book crit yourselves then please e-mail us at interest@bankofcreativity.co.uk
