About
Vitamin T is a global recruitment agency. We are a division of Aquent, created to exclusively meet the unique needs of creative agencies, start-ups and mid-sized companies. We are specialists in marketing, creative and digital roles, placing both freelance and permanent staff. We go above and beyond to ensure a perfect match by making human connections with both talent and clients. We offer thorough assessments with our ‘Independent Assessments’ for specialist disciplines, meaning we can match our talent much more accurately so you can guarantee you won’t be hiring a robot.
We’re definitely not your typical recruitment agency, we truly believe in creativity and go out of our way to support both clients and talent through our speaker events, our free Gymnasium courses, or rewarding creatives through our Talent Awards.
Why don’t we want to hire robots?
A robot is programmed to do a task, but nothing outside that. It can’t use it’s brain to solve problems or do any of the other things humans are great at (communication, team work, personal relationships, empathy, curiosity, creativity). Which is why we believe it’s important to match more than just skills when hiring for a role.
Ad Goals
● We often use robots in our advertising, this is an opportunity to explore the theme of human interaction vs robots.
● We want an advert that stands out in a competitive market
● Feature our Vitamin T branding
Tone
● We are looking for something fun or quirky
● Robot can be any style, we have used retro, cartoon, chocolate, Lego and paper robots previously
● Targeting UK audience
