We're passionate about creating unforgettable moments for our customers, selling tickets for concerts, comedy, family shows, sport, exhibitions, festivals – if it’s a live event, we pretty much sell for it!

As a safe and secure ticketing agent, we’re definitely ‘A better place to buy tickets’. As the official box office to Birmingham’s two world class arenas, Resorts World Arena and Utilita Arena Birmingham, we offer a ‘wider choice and biggest selection of tickets’, so our customers stand the best chance of getting tickets for their favourite shows from us.

Our brand has been designed to capture both the excitement and the personal touch that's at the heart of everything we do.

As we refresh The Ticket Factory brand, we’re looking to shout as loud as the millions of gig-goers who buy tickets from us and be as respected as the world-class artists, bands, athletes, and comedians we work with.

We’re looking to get the creative juices flowing, like the sweat in a mosh pit, and create an awareness campaign that depicts what The Ticket Factory is all about.

We’re looking for something fun, exciting and playful that achieves our end goal: If someone wants to buy a ticket to a live event, their first port of call is The Ticket Factory.

This campaign will be rolled out across the West Midlands to begin with, eventually reaching all corners of the UK. We’re open to all kinds of elaborate and witty creatives that can be used across a range of media including OOH and digital.
