We are the Allies launched 3 years ago. Our mission being to create an army of the best creative freelancers that agencies and production companies could book through us. We are not a typical recruitment agency as we are set up by creatives, for creatives. With over 450 freelancers, covering everything from Editors to Designers, we have every creative discipline.
The Advertising industry is changing, more and more big brands are taking creative resources in-house and advertising agencies are choosing to hire less senior creative people, instead they are plugging these gaps with freelance creatives.
