To celebrate cinema in all its big screen glory, Cineworld were happy to get involved with us on National Cinema Day back and provide a bundle of fun cinema-ticket prizes for a day of memes with the simple task of changing one letter in a film title to completely change the movie’s direction completely.

Iconic films that we know and love, changed from Jaws to Paws, Nope to Pope, The Mummy to The Dummy and Rocky to… Ricky? The campaign gained hundreds of likes and retweets, even ending up trending at some points throughout the day and producing millions in impressions and engagement.

It was certainly a picture to behold that day with over 200 unique entries. Now, that’s what we call an Oscar -worthy performance.
