We are currently midway through our Power the Good campaign and are trying to introduce GoodGym to as many people as possible as a free way to get fit but doing good at the same time (gym prices are skyrocketing and money to stay social is non-existing for so many now and loneliness is on the rise).
We’d love to recruit new members to benefit from the fitness motivation, the wellbeing aspects, the community to help overcome loneliness and to be able to feel like you can make a social impact in your local area. And that’s where the OMBLES come in. How will you help us spread the word?!
One Minute Brief of the Day:
Create posters to promote the @GoodGym community and encourage people to sign up to join fellow GoodGymers on their mission to do good whilst getting fit. #PowerTheGood

Overall, the Power the Good campaign is a drive to help 2000 community organisations and older people this Autumn. The campaign is running from 20th September to 30th November 2022 when we’ll be coming together to support as many people as we can through GoodGym sessions across the country. This includes positive impact such as supporting foodbanks, community kitchens, helping to fit energy efficient lightbulbs or collect a prescription for older, isolated people or picking up their groceries for the week.
Our GoodGymers can choose to walk, run or cycle to our sessions
